Instructions:

For the potato goulash, finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. In a pot, sauté the onion in oil (or butter).

Add tomato paste and paprika powder and roast briefly. Deglaze with vinegar and pour in the broth/soup. Add the potato and season with the remaining spices, according to taste.

Let the potato goulash simmer on low heat until the potatoes are soft and the juice is creamy. Then add the beans, rinsed with water

Add the beans, rinsed with water, and the chopped sausages and simmer gently for another 5-10 minutes.
