Instructions:

For the potato goulash, dice the onion and bacon. Heat clarified butter in a pot and fry the bacon and onion in it. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces.

Fry the paprika powder and homemade soup seasoning briefly as well and deglaze with a dash of vinegar. Roast the potato and carrot pieces as well.

Season everything, pour in enough water and add the bay leaves. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Season with tomato paste and goulash base and sprinkle chopped parsley.

Serve with fresh pastry.
