Instructions:

For the potato casserole, first squeeze the curd well for the dough. Mix with flour, salt and butter to a dough and put in a cold place.

In the meantime, boil the potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat some oil and fry the onion in it.

Beat the eggs and mix with cheese and crème fraîche.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a baking dish.

Pour the curd dough into the dish and line the edges with it as well. Layer potato slices and onion alternately. Pour the egg cream on top.

Put the potato casserole in the oven for about 40 minutes.
