For the potato kohlrabi pancakes, peel and finely grate the potato and kohlrabi. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Mix the grated vegetables well by hand with the onion pieces, the thawed mixed vegetables, the eggs, the spices, the herbs and the salt.

Mix in spoonfuls of whole wheat flour until you have a patty-like mixture. Heat a little olive oil in a high skillet and using a wooden spoon, place thalers in the oil.

Flatten slightly and fry until browned on each side. Drain the potato and kohlrabi pancakes well on a plate with household paper.
