For the potato and cheese casserole, boil potatoes, rinse, peel and cut into thin slices. Grease casserole dish and put potato slices in it.

Mix Gouda, crème fraîche, eggs, mustard, nutmeg, marjoram, salt and pepper to a homogeneous mass and pour over the potatoes.

Bake the potato and cheese casserole at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
