For the pot pie, first preheat the oven to 150 degrees top/bottom heat. Next, whisk the egg yolks with a third of the sugar until creamy.

Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and fold into the egg yolk mixture. Finally, fold in the flour. Then pour into the buttered pan and turn the oven up to 170 degrees.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and start with the cream. First, whisk the QimiQ until smooth. Then add the low-fat curd, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. Cut the cake base in half and place the bottom half in the cake ring, spread with the cream and place the second half on top.

Leave the cake to set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
