Instructions:

For the pot pie, knead the ingredients for the base into a compact dough using your fingers, form into a ball and let rest in the icebox until the filling is ready.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Separate one egg and beat the two egg whites with 1 pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the curd with the remaining ingredients until creamy and gently fold in the snow.

Grease the springform pan with some margarine and crumble it. Cover the bottom of the pan with the dough, pour in the curd mixture and smooth it out.

Bake for about 50 minutes until the top is golden brown. Let the pot pie cool and enjoy.
