Instructions:

For the porridge with egg, bring the milk to a boil with salt. On low heat, stir in semolina with a whisk. Continue stirring until the semolina begins to swell.

Stir in sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Separate egg, beat egg white to snow. When semolina is completely swollen, stir in yolks. Stir in butter.

Fold in beaten egg whites and serve immediately.
