Instructions:

For the porridge, wash strawberries and halve or quarter depending on size. Peel bananas and cut into slices.

Stir spelt or oat flakes into a saucepan with 1/2 liter of hot water and cook gently for about 10 minutes until swollen. Remove from heat and strain flakes.

Stir in strawberry yogurt, flax seeds and wheat bran, sweeten with a little honey and pour into dessert bowls.

Decorate with the banana pieces and strawberries and top the porridge with liquid whipped cream.
