A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Note: the day before, put the mixed dried fruit in a suitable bowl, cover with cold water and soak for one night.

Curd puff pastry (you can of course also use cake or puff pastry !): Mix flour and salt, add butter cut into pieces, whisk on lowest speed until uniformly crumbly. Add curd, process briefly on medium speed, then quickly join dough by hand, do not knead. Flatten and chill for 1 hour. Roll out dough to 3 mm thick rectangle, fold into 3 parts and chill for 1/2 hour. Roll out again, fold into 3 pieces and refrigerate.

Marinade and fillet

Mix mustard with white wine, soy sauce and garlic, coat pork tenderloin with it and marinate for 1 to 2 hours with lid closed. Heat oil in frying pan, dry marinated fillet well (set aside remaining marinade), fry briefly on all sides, cool.

Filling

Drain the soaked dried fruit, squeeze lightly and chop not too small.

chop not too small, put in a suitable bowl and add the remaining marinade.

add the rest of the marinade. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and mix well.

mix well.

Shapes

Roll out the dough into a rectangle (the size of the dough depends on the size of the fillet!), if there is any dough left over, put it aside for the garnish. Place the slices of ham overlapping on the dough l
