For The Paprika Vegetables:












Instructions:

Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan, sear pork tenderloin in oil on all sides, then cool. Wrap the pork tenderloin with the bacon slices (barding).

For the dumpling mixture: Heat a little butter in a frying pan, sauté onion and garlic in it. Mix onion-garlic mixture with salt, milk, egg, parsley and breadcrumbs, let stand for 10 minutes.

Lay out the pork net on a work surface, brush the dumpling mixture on about a third of the work surface, place the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon on top. fold into the net, reshape with wet hands and cover with butter flakes. Place on a baking tray and roast in the oven heated to 200 degrees for about 20 min.

Now cover with aluminum foil and roast for another 10 min.

For the bell bell pepper vegetables: sweat finely chopped onion and garlic in a little butter. Add peppers and tomatoes, season with paradeis pulp, salt and curry, pour in wine. Stew for about 10 minutes until soft. Refine paprika vegetables with cream before serving.

Cut the pork fillet into slices and serve with the vegetables.
