Instructions:

For the pork tenderloin in cinnamon sauce, peel the onion, chop finely and sauté in the fat, extinguish with white wine, add 1/4l soup.

Take some sauce out of the saucepan, mix with flour and the sour cream and put it back into the saucepan.

Bring the sauce to the boil briefly. Add raisins, season with cinnamon, peppercorns, paprika powder and salt and round off with 1-2 tablespoons of whipped cream.

Cut the fillet into slices, season with salt and pepper and fry briefly in a pan with hot oil. Let the meat rest briefly and then cover with the cinnamon sauce.

Serve the pork tenderloin in cinnamon sauce sprinkled with parsley.
