For the pork medallions wrapped in bacon, first cook the pasta according to the package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain in a colander, fill the pot with cold water and cool the pasta in it. Drain well.

Cut dried tomatoes into strips and pour over the pasta with the oil. Peel and finely dice the onion and mix it with the pasta. Wash arugula, remove hard stems, shred leaves into bite-size pieces and add over pasta. Drizzle with vinegar and season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and grate Parmesan over the top.

Cut the pork tenderloin into 12 slices and wrap with the bacon. Grill on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Finely mix mayonnaise with ketchup and olives and serve with pork medallions wrapped in bacon and pasta salad.
