Instructions:

Season the pork fish with salt and pepper and sear on all sides in a frying pan. Later place on a large piece of aluminum foil. Cut the onion into strips. Chop marjoram, put in a baking dish with a little bit of olive oil and salt and steep briefly. Remove skin from apple, cut into quarters, core and slice.

Spread the onion strips, apple slices and pickled marjoram evenly over the fillets and finally cover with the black pudding slices. Close the aluminum foil tightly and cook everything together at 210 degrees in the heated stove for about 15 minutes.
