For the pork chops, clean mushrooms, slice and sauté in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cut the edges of the chops, season with salt and pepper and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil on both sides. Remove from the pan, add a little water to the cooking residue and thicken with sauce thickener.
Place the browned meat in a shallow baking dish, place the ham on top, mushrooms on top and finish with the cheese. Put in oven and bake until cheese is melted.
Arrange on plates, serve with a little sauce.
