Instructions:

Rinse meat, dry, score fat edges, season with salt and season with pepper. Fry in hot oil on both sides for 6 minutes. Remove and keep warm on a platter.

Rinse fruit well, remove seeds and do not over cut. Place in frying pan, add spices and pour in wine. Simmer over medium heat for about ten minutes.

Season again and bring to the table with the chops.

Serve with: long-grain rice, gruyere.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
