For the poppy seed-walnut tart, beat the eggs, sugar, sour cream, butter, baking powder, salt, orange zest and the flour until smooth.

Divide the dough into thirds. Stir the cocoa into one part, the chopped nuts into the second part and the grated poppy seeds into the third part.

Pour each cake into a 20 cm baking pan and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cut the bottoms once, soak them with alcohol and fill each with 1 tablespoon of jam.

For the cream, mix mascarpone, cinnamon, liquid cream and powdered sugar and fill the cake with it, spread and decorate as desired.
