For the polenta pizza, cook polenta in vegetable soup for about 10 minutes. Turn off the plate and let the polenta swell for 10-20 minutes. It should be a thick paste.

Mix tomato paste in a little water, add garlic and spices. Chop onion, tomatoes, zucchini and bell bell pepper into small cubes and sauté in olive oil.

Spread polenta on the tray about 2 cm thick. Spread tomato paste on top, spread vegetables on top, sprinkle with cheese.

Bake the polenta pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
