For the polenta loaf, put the polenta in a pot with the soup, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Wait until all the soup has evaporated and if the polenta is not yet fully cooked, add some more soup.

The polenta should no longer be mushy but have the consistency of cookie dough. Now let it cool for a few minutes, it will be faster if you give it out of the hot pot.

Heat oil in a pan. With moistened hands, form loafs from the polenta and fry on both sides.
