Instructions:

For the plum spot, cut the plums in half and remove the seeds.

For the yeast dough, mix the melted butter with the cold milk and eggs, then stir in the yeast, add the sugar, salt and flour. Beat until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl.

Let the yeast dough rise, sprinkled with flour and covered with a harness. When it has risen, knock it back together and let it rise again.

Then roll out, place on a greased baking sheet and top with the halved plums. Knead crumbles from 100 g each of flour, sugar and butter and grated walnuts and spread over the top.

Bake at 170 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
