Instructions:

From curd, oil, sugar, egg, milk, flour, salt, vanilla sugar baking powder is stirred a nice smooth dough. Roll out dough on a greased baking sheet and brush well with butter. Place pitted plums tightly on top, bake at 200 °C for about half an hour. Immediately after baking, drizzle with melted, lightly browned butter and sprinkle with sugar.
