Instructions:

For the plum crumble cake, wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the seeds.

For the dough, prepare the dampfl from sugar, milk and yeast. Cream butter and egg yolks and fold in flour and salt. Add the risen dampfl and mix to a soft yeast dough.

Grease a baking tray, spread the yeast dough on it and cover with the plums.

For the crumble, crumble the butter with flour, mix with sugar and cinnamon and spread over the plums. Bake the plum crumble cake in the oven at 170 °C for about 30 minutes.
