Plums rinse, drain, remove seeds, cut off, weigh 0, 5 kilograms. Pumpkin rinse, peel, core, cut off, weigh 100 grams.

Peel onions, cut in half, cut into fine cubes and weigh 200 grams. Sauté the onions in a little olive oil, add the curry powder, grind the coriander and the black tea, also add to the saucepan and fold in.
