For the plum cake, cream soft butter with eggs and powdered sugar. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in well.

Stone the plums, cut into quarters and mix in. Spread the dough on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle the plum cake with powdered sugar as desired.
