Instructions:

Put the flour in a baking bowl, warm the cow’s milk slightly and melt the yeast in it with a teaspoon of sugar. Add the milk mixture to the flour and mix with a little flour in the middle. Cover the dampfl and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
