Instructions:

Cream soft butter with 130 g sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually stir in the egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites with 70 g granulated sugar until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Mix flour with baking powder and cinnamon and also fold in carefully.

Pour the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds. Place them on the dough with the cut side facing up.

Bake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for about 45 minutes.

Allow the plum cake to cool and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
