A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Peel the garlic clove, press through the press. Stir with two tablespoons of oil. Clean mushrooms with kitchen roll, cut stem ends into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into small slices. Drain olives and peppers.

Roughly grate cheese.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured work surface to the size of a baking tray. Grease baking sheet with one to two tablespoons of oil. Place dough on baking sheet, brush dough with garlic oil. Spread tomato pieces evenly on top.

Top with olives, salami, peppers, mushrooms, sprinkle oregano, season. Add cheese on top. Drizzle with oil. Bake for about 15 minutes on the second rack from the bottom.
