Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Peel the garlic clove, press it through the press. Mix with a third of the oil. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen roll, cut the stem ends into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into small slices. Drain the olives and peppers. Roughly grate cheese.

Preheat oven to 225 °C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured work surface to the size of a baking tray. Grease baking tray with a little oil. Place the dough on the baking tray, brush the dough with garlic oil. Spread tomato pieces evenly on top.

Top with peppers, olives, salami, mushrooms, sprinkle oregano, season. Add cheese on top. Drizzle with oil. Bake for about 15 minutes on the second rack from the bottom.
