Instructions:

Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and mix well with yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and knead with a hand mixer until a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. Knead the dough again and divide into 9 equal pieces. Shape the dough pieces into balls and roll out into patties (about 7 cm in diameter). Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix olive oil and garlic cloves and brush the patties with it, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds and leave in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
