Sift the flour onto a work surface. Quickly knead with room-warm butter, a pinch of salt and hot water to form a smooth dough. Form dough into a roll, cut off pieces and roll out into hand-sized patties the thickness of the back of a knife. Sprinkle with flour and layer on top of each other to keep them nice and warm. Now cut the bladln in half to make two crescent-shaped pieces. Heat enough lard in a large pan and quickly fry the Bladln on both sides until golden brown. Lift out, dab with kitchen paper and spread.
