Instructions:

Mix garlic, tomato puree, peanut oil and harissa well, add meat, mix, marinate with closed lid in the refrigerator for about One hour.

Toast pine nuts in frying pan until golden brown, remove, set aside.

Heat oil in the same frying pan, roast meat in portions for about two minutes, remove, season with salt, set aside with lid closed.

Dab up remaining frying fat with kitchen roll. Add a little oil if necessary, sauté onion and parsley, add leek and sauté briefly. Add peas and carrots, continue to steam for approx. two minutes. Add long-grain rice, stir-fry until soft and translucent.

Add white wine, boil completely, add soup, bubble up, reduce temperature. Cover and simmer gently for about Twenty minutes until liquid is completely reduced, season.

Add pine nuts and meat again, just until hot.
