For the pike-perch with leek and curd, season the fish fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper and allow to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. Wash and clean leeks, cut into fine rings and lightly roast in olive oil.

Spread the roasted leek on the fish fillets. Mix curd cheese, yogurt, egg, mustard, horseradish, cheese and parsley and spread on leek. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

The pike-perch with leek and curd cheese goes very well with rice mixed with herbs and green salad.
