For pickled porcini, clean the mushrooms and pour vinegar over them in a pot. Salt and boil for about 10 minutes.

Drain the mushrooms. Cut the bay leaves in half and place them together with cloves, peppercorns and the mushrooms in canning jars.

Finally, pour oil over and seal pickled porcini mushrooms airtight.
