Instructions:

Bring the spices to the boil together, cool, fill the onions with the marinade into jars and sterilize. Either in a pressure cooker (approx. 10 min, follow manufacturer’s instructions) or possibly in the oven in a 70 °C water bath (water height approx. 2-3 cm, time 60 min).

Tip: Stock up on high-quality spices – it pays off!
