Instructions:

For the Pfläumli mix eggs, sugar and warmed honey. Stir in remaining ingredients and work into a smooth dough and let rest.

Roll out the dough, cut out slices and brush with egg white – bake at 170 °C for approx. 10 min. Spread the cooled slices with Powidl jam and place the dried plums on top.

Then dip the Pfläumli in chocolate.
