Pfitzauf

For the Pfitzauf, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the muffin tins very, very well. In a mixing bowl, beat the flour, milk, eggs, sugar and salt with a mixer for 1 minute, add the melted butter and mix until no traces of fat are visible in the batter.

Fill the greased muffin cups about 2cm high (12 pieces) and bake for 25-30 minutes until light brown.
