Instructions:

Try this delicious cake recipe:

1. egg, butter, flour and water quickly knead together to form a dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Mix with raisins, shaved sugar, juice of one lemon, almond kernels and pear brandy. Also put in a cool place.

Roll out the strudel dough thinly on a floured kitchen towel and, with the back of your hand floured, stretch it out from the center to about 70 x 70 cm. The dough must be almost transparent.
