Instructions:

For the pear tart, make a dough from flour, butter, water and salt and chill it for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough thinly into a cake tin, prick it a few times and pre-bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.

Then brush with honey and sprinkle with the nuts. Cut the peeled pears into wedges and cover the base with them.

Drizzle lemon juice over them. Mix sour cream, eggs, cornstarch, cinnamon, sugar and pear brandy and pour over the top, finish baking for about 20 minutes.
