Instructions:

Cut strips of dough 8 cm and 12 cm wide. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Score the wide strips diagonally about 1 cm apart and set aside to cool.

For the filling, cut pears into fine slices and marzipan into fine cubes. Melt the butter and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Spread the filling evenly on the narrow strips, leaving a margin all around. Brush edge with egg yolk. Cover with the cut strips of dough and press the edges tightly. Brush with egg yolk and set aside to cool for twenty minutes.

Preheat stove to 190 °C.

Bake blinds for 25 min. in the lower half of the oven. Cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve lukewarm.
