For the pasta with cheese sauce and pomegranate seeds, cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. In the meantime, peel and chop the onion and garlic clove.

Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and oregano. Onion and garlic should not get color.

Then add the flour and stir until it has a thick consistency. While stirring, add the milk and vegetable soup. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper.

Add the grated mountain cheese and stir. If the cheese sauce is a little too thick, add a little more milk.

Drain the pasta, divide onto warmed plates, pour the cheese sauce over it and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
