Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
1. beans rinse and soak in about 3/4 liter of water for one night. Then bring to a boil in the soaking water and cook with the lid closed for 30-40 (kidney beans in about 50) minutes.
2. remove the skin from the onion, chop. Rinse meat, dry and dice. Fry in hot oil, turning, for 5 minutes. Add onion, sauté. Add paradeis pulp and sweat. Add 3/8 liter water and whipping cream, except 3 tbsp. Bring to a boil and let the clear soup dissolve in it.
Cook the ribbon noodles in enough boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
Drain the beans and add to the stock. Stir in flour and 3 tbsp whipping cream until smooth. Stir in and bring to boil. Simmer for approx. 5 min and season. Drain pasta and serve with ragout. Garnish with parsley if desired.
