For the pasta tart, cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente, strain and stir in the oil. Chop the celery greens and set aside.

Wash the mushrooms and celery stalk, cut into slices and sauté in butter for 5 to 7 minutes with the lid closed. Season well with salt and pepper.

Cut the ham into small cubes and fold into the vegetables. Put half of the pasta in a greased baking dish (diameter 280 mm), layer the vegetable mixture and cover with the remaining pasta.

Mix cream with cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over pasta. Bake in heated oven at 200° C for about 45 minutes until pasta tart is crisp and brown. Decorate with celery greens.
