For the pasta muffins, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and mix with the chopped tomatoes, corn, peas, milk, egg, the chopped garlic clove and 150 g of cheese.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and pour into 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
