Pasta Gratin with Salami

Instructions:

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes until “al dente”.

Mash the tomatoes in the juice and season with oregano, a little salt and pepper.

Cut the onions into thin rings.

Chop the garlic cloves.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Brush a baking dish with olive oil.

Strain the spaghetti, fill it into the greased dish and cover it with the tomato sauce. Spread the onion rings evenly on top. Add the salami slices on top.

Mix the sour cream with the garlic and the oil and pour over the casserole.

Mix the cheese with the breadcrumbs and cover the casserole with it.

Bake the gratin in the oven on the middle shelf for 30 minutes until a golden crust is formed.
