Instructions:

For the pasta casserole with yogurt sauce, cook pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Wash zucchini and cut into strips.

Mix drained spaghetti and zucchini strips and place in an ovenproof greased baking dish. Mix eggs and milk. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over spaghetti.

Place butter flakes on top. Place in the oven and bake at 225° Celsius gas mark 4 (convection oven 200° Celsius) for 30-40 minutes.

Heat yogurt at low temperature. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.

Serve pasta bake with yogurt sauce.
