For the pasta casserole, finely chop the onions and fry them in a little oil until brown (meanwhile, slice the carrots). Add the garlic and the minced meat to the onions and fry well (in the meantime, wash and chop the mushrooms).

When the mince is fine-grained, add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then sprinkle the bouillon cubes and season. After the carrot slices have been added, deglaze with a little water and continue to steam. Finally, add the mushrooms to the pan and keep adding a little water until the carrots are soft. In the meantime, you can cook the pasta until al dente. When the carrots are soft, stir in the whipped cream and season again with salt and pepper. Put the pasta and the sauce in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake the pasta casserole in the oven.
