For the paradeis bread confection, preheat the oven to 180 °C and line baking sheets with baking paper.
Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl.
Cut the cold butter into pieces on top and quickly knead with sugar and a pinch of salt to form a crumbly dough.
Chop the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the buttermilk and a little of the tomato oil (about 1 tablespoon).
Add the dried tomatoes and oregano and knead the mixture with the flour mixture.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, beat it up and roll it out again. Punch it down again and then roll it out to about 2 cm.
Cut bread confections of any size and shape from the dough with a sharp knife.
Place on the trays and bake on the middle rack in the oven for about 10 minutes.
The paradeis bread confections go perfectly with a glass of wine!
