For the bell bell pepper vegetables, finely chop the white cabbage. Wash the peppers and cut them into rings, cut the mushrooms into slices.

Melt the butter in a pot and fry the finely chopped onion in it. Add the white cabbage. Add peppers, mushrooms and green parsley.

Season with salt and pepper and steam the paprika vegetables covered until soft.
