Instructions:

Drain the chickpeas. Peel and press the garlic clove.

Blend with grilled peppers (the drained peppers AND about half the liquid), lemon juice and zest, salt, garlic, tahini and 2 tablespoons olive oil with a blender until creamy.

Pour into a bowl. Mix the remaining tablespoon of olive oil with the paprika powder and spread over the hummus.
