Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds and then finely dice them. Finely chop the shallot and capers. Cut the chives into small rolls. Stir the curd until smooth and mix well with all ingredients. Season to taste with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder. Arrange in a bowl and serve with fresh bread or pastries.
